Phone calls about a loan I never asked for

I keep getting calls from SympleLending about a loan I never applied for. They say I can be removed by pressing 9, so I've been doing that for three weeks now. I've also asked them verbally to stop calling.

They just keep calling anyway. Now my voicemail inbox is full of messages from them about this fake loan. I don't know what else to do.
