Ordered four items, got nothing but fake tracking numbers

I ordered online from symtmetry.com and paid with PayPal. They gave me a tracking number and it showed the shipment made it to my state but then just sat there for days. I waited 10 days for it to move and it never did.

So I contacted them and they said the tracking number was wrong. Then they gave me a different tracking number. That one showed a package with just 1 item was delivered. But I ordered 4 items and no package ever showed up at my door. Nothing was delivered at all. I lost $85.00 on this.
