Ordered an item and they doubled the price, then ignored my cancellation

I ordered something from their website symtmetry.com and the final total was almost double what I thought I was paying. So I cancelled the order the same day. Their policy says if it hasn't shipped yet you can cancel and get a refund. I cancelled 2 days before it shipped.

I emailed them at [email protected] a bunch of times and got no reply at all. They sent the item anyway and now the return shipping is going to cost me a fortune. They still will not answer me. I lost 55.56 dollars. Do not buy from these people. They do not keep their word and they just ignore you completely.
