Ordered a TV but they marked it delivered and nothing showed up

I bought a television from that website szqingbei.com and paid $108. It never arrived. But on their end they marked it as received successfully. I don't know how that makes any sense. I tried emailing [email protected] but no reply. The phone number they had was (309) 785-7627 but I dont think it works. Just wanted to let people know.
