T-shirt shop on Fremont charged me way more than the price we agreed on

I bought two t-shirts from a shop on Fremont Street in Las Vegas. The guy said he would do a special deal, 2 for $25, after I said no to 1 for $25. I just checked my credit card and saw I was charged almost $90.

I still have the bag with the shirts folded up. They didn't give me a receipt. I looked online and saw other people got promised one price then charged way more, sometimes up to $300. This place is predatory and takes advantage of people on Fremont. I disputed the charge but without a receipt I can't do much.
