Ordered cotton shirts from Tacday but got polyester, no refund

I ordered shirts from Tacday.com because the seller said they were 100% cotton. When they got here, they were 100% polyester. I tried to get a refund and the seller just refused. They told me the shirts were cotton and that I just didn't know their product.

But the label on the shirt says 100% polyester. You can stretch this material over eight inches and it snaps right back, like spandex. It even feels slippery, like plastic. They still deny it and won't give me my money back. I lost $69.59 on this. It's a total scam.
