Strange email from a company in Alabama with a Texas number

I got this weird email from a company called Tachelmet.com. They have an address in Northport, Alabama at 14740 AL-171, but the phone number they gave is a Texas number, 1(682) 587-9311. The email came from [email protected] which just felt off.

They had my name and some links in the email. I didn't click on anything because it didn't make sense. Why would a business in Alabama use a Texas number and a random email like that? I looked up the website, tachelmet.com, but I didn't trust it.

I lost $159.00 from this. It was a phishing thing, they tricked me into giving info or paying for something that wasn't real. I should have known better but it seemed legit at first. Now I'm out the money and just feel stupid about it.
