Ordered a weight loss patch from a top rated site and got charged

I saw a website that rated different weight loss patches. I was going to try one kind but I switched to this one because they said it was the best. So I ordered it.

Then I saw a charge on my card for $44.94. I didn't even get the patch yet. My card is cancelled now. I called my bank right when I saw the charge and they filed a dispute for it.
