Ordered a tactical item and got charged extra fees I never agreed to

I ordered a tactical product from them, it was supposed to be just for the shipping cost which was 9.95. That’s what I agreed to. Then after the purchase they charged me another 4.99 that I never saw anywhere, not even on the receipt they sent me.

So then they refunded the 9.95 but kept the 4.99. That makes no sense. It feels like a scam honestly. And when you look up the address they gave, it’s just some random drycleaner place in Plainville.

So I’m out 4.99 for nothing, and they just kept it.
