Ordered pans for $999 and one came broken, now they won't refund

I ordered a full set of pans from taimatitanium.com back in December 2025. Cost me $999. The first pan we opened was broken. So I asked for a refund on the whole order and they said no problem. So we spent over $300 shipping everything back to them.

We sent them proof multiple times that everything was delivered back to their address at 1202 E Lexington Ave in Pomona CA. They keep saying they'll process it but nothing happens. They still refuse to refund us. So now they have their pans back and my money too.

They just string you along with emails until the time to dispute it with your credit card runs out.
