Box showed up as a kids painting set after credit card dispute
The box didn't say who it was from but it did say it was a Children's Painting set. I took pictures of the box and sent it to them. They emailed me back and told me to send the box to some address in Las Vegas and to keep all the shipping details and tracking numbers. I'm not done with them yet.
Facebook ad for a pan turned into a children’s painting set
Then the very next day, a box shows up on my side door. There was no name on it saying who it was from, but the outside wrapper said Children’s Painting Set. That didn't make any sense to me. I opened it and it was the pan, but why is it wrapped like that?
Now they want me to pay to send it back to them so they can look it over and make sure it's in good condition. Only after that will they even think about giving me my money back, and they said they're going to keep $25 for restocking. I paid $200 for this thing and they sent it in some weird wrapping with no company name after I already filed a dispute. This whole thing feels off.
Ordered pans for $999 and one came broken, now they won't refund
We sent them proof multiple times that everything was delivered back to their address at 1202 E Lexington Ave in Pomona CA. They keep saying they'll process it but nothing happens. They still refuse to refund us. So now they have their pans back and my money too.
They just string you along with emails until the time to dispute it with your credit card runs out.
