Ordered shoes on Instagram and they never showed up

I ordered some shoes through Instagram and paid on the app. They gave me a tracking number and it said the shoes were delivered. But they were not. I have emailed them a bunch of times at [email protected] because they don't have a phone number. No one ever wrote me back. There is no other way to get ahold of them. I lost $48.98.
