Debt collector call looking for someone I don't know

Got a call from this number 833-481-4887. A woman named Tamar Levy said she was looking for someone with a different name, not me. She said I need to call her back or find a responsible party.

I don't know who that person is. They didn't say what company they were from or what the debt was about. Just said call this number back. I don't owe anyone anything. I told them to stop but it felt weird. No money lost but still annoying.
