Website saying I had a subscription I never signed up for

I got a message from Tamara.com saying I had a subscription I never agreed to. I never signed up for anything on that site. I don't even know what it is.

They wanted me to pay 39.99. I didn't pay but I'm worried they have my info. It felt like a phishing thing. No phone number or address on the message. Just the website name.
