Charged twice for a journal I only bought once

I bought a journal from Tamora Christian books, just a one time purchase. Then they charged me 39.99 again the next month. And then again. I never signed up for any subscription or anything.

So that's 60 bucks I lost total because of this. I tried to figure out why but there's no company address on their site, just says Chicago, IL. No phone number either. It just doesn't make sense. I only bought it once.
