Monthly charge I never agreed to for a book club I never joined
On their website it doesn't state anywhere that you're paying for a subscription every month. I'm grabbing screenshots now. I finally noticed at the very bottom of the screen underneath all the reviews there is this tiny rectangle with a box already checked about a book club. But nowhere else during the order does it mention any book club. If you don't scroll all the way down and look real close you just miss it like I did.
Ordered a Bible book and got charged again for no reason
Then I looked at my credit card statement and saw I was charged again on June 15th, 2026 for $39.99. I did not order anything extra or sign up for any subscription or monthly thing. I tried calling the phone number on the credit card transaction but nobody answered and it got removed from my phone. So I lost $39.99. It felt fraudulent.
Paid for a Bible study guide and now they keep charging me
Then after that first purchase, they started charging my card $39.99 every month. There was never any mention of a subscription when I bought it. Nothing in the checkout or anywhere on the site said I was signing up for monthly payments. I didn't agree to that. I tried emailing [email protected] but no one replied. The phone number they have is (307) 296-1310 but I haven't called it yet.
