Ordered freon and got a fake tracking number with no delivery

I ordered R134a freon, a 30lb. container, from this website Tank Gas Depot on June 18th. Got an email saying my order was received and it was supposed to ship through something called Unibox Express. The tracking number said it was out for delivery on July 7th.

Well here it is July 14th and nothing showed up. I tried looking up the address for Unibox Express and it doesn't exist. Then I looked up the business address they gave, 4749 N Gracemoor Circle in Colorado Springs, and that comes back as a house for sale. The PayPal payment I made went to some supposed Media company in California.

So I'm out $135.91 for nothing. No freon, no delivery, just a fake tracking number and addresses that don't go anywhere.
