Ordered R22 refrigerant online and never got it
That was it. They stopped answering after that. The tracking number never showed any movement and now the site contact email just bounces back. I tried emailing them at [email protected] a few times and nothing.
The address they had listed was 23220 County Road 1530 in Ada, OK. I just want my money back or the freon. This was supposed to be a simple online purchase.
Ordered Freon from Tankgasdepot and never got it
I tried emailing them a few times but they won’t respond at all. The site lists an address in Colorado Springs, CO 80917. The shipping company they use is called Unibox express and they don’t even accept phone calls. So I have no way to get anyone on the line about this.
Just out the money and no Freon. Nothing else I can do I guess.

Next day August 3rd they sent me a tracking number for a company called Unibox Express. I tried to contact both the website and the delivery company and nobody answers. Not a single reply. The address they have listed is 4749 N Gracemoor Cir, Colorado Springs, CO 80917. I also emailed [email protected]. Nothing.
So now I'm out the money and have no idea where my package is or if it even exists.
Paid for Freon tank and never got anything
The contact info they gave me was wrong. The shipper, Unibox express, provided a fake phone number too. So I couldn't even call anyone to ask what was going on. I just want my money back or the tank. This whole thing feels like a total scam.

They sent me a tracking number through something called Unibox Express. Looked fake from the start. Never got the refrigerant obviously. Lost $407.73. No way to get it back.

Well May 24th came and went. I sent them emails on May 26th, May 28th, June 1st, and June 3rd. Nobody ever wrote me back. I even emailed Unibox Express on June 2nd with my tracking number and they never replied either. The address they gave is 4749 N Gracemoor Cir, Colorado Springs, CO 80917. I lost $135 on this.
