Ordered jeans from Tatacharm and never got them
The email they used was [email protected] and the phone number on the site was 1(850) 582-8787. I tried calling a few times but nobody picks up. Just feels like a total scam.
I just want my money back or the jeans. I don't know what else to do.
Ordered twice from same site and now they want bag pictures
Now they are making me send pictures of the items and pictures of the bags the items came in. So far they will not reimburse me. I spent 80 dollars. Their website is tatacharm.com and their email is [email protected]. I just want my money back.
Bought pants from TataCharm and now stuck with junk
They kept giving me the run around. First they offered me replacements at a lower price or just 10% back. I said no I just want to return them. Then they said I could send the items back to their warehouse in Vietnam for a full refund. But the cheapest shipping I found was $19. The original shipping was only $4.99 so why is it so much more to send it back? If I ship it to them I lose about $17.
They also offered me 30% refund if I keep the stuff which is only $11.38. So either way I lose money on these pants I don't even want. Their email is [email protected]. I feel like I got scammed.
