Got a weird voicemail about taxes from a number I don't know

I got a voicemail from a number I don't recognize, (888) 549-1425. The message was from someone calling themselves "Arden Whitlock" and they said it was about tax collection. They left a message asking me to call them back about my taxes.

I never signed up for anything from a "Tax Collection Scam" and I don't know who Arden Whitlock is. It felt off. I didn't call back because it seemed like a scam. I just got this random message out of the blue.

Got a weird text about a tax file update

I got a text message saying there was a "new update on your tax file." It came from a phone number, (205) 431-2347. I didn't sign up for any tax alerts. The whole thing felt off.

I looked up the number and saw it was connected to scams. They also had another number, 833-727-4144. I never replied or clicked anything. I just got this random message out of nowhere. It didn't make any sense to me.
