Voicemail about tax balances with no company website

I got a voicemail from someone named Samantha saying she was from Tax Consultants of America. The message was all about unresolved tax balances and unfiled returns and how I might qualify for some programs to reduce penalties or bring filings current before collection activity increases. She said these programs can change or expire at any time and this might be the only attempt they make to reach me.

The number on my caller ID was 833-888-4785 but the callback number they gave was 855-468-3115. I don't even know if this is a real company or not. I didn't lose any money but it felt strange getting a call like that out of nowhere.
