Phone call about unfiled taxes with no website or email

I got a call from 262-304-3132. Left a voicemail saying I had unfiled tax returns and owed the IRS money. The message said the person was Presley Hollins and to call back on 771-222-6215.

So I called back. A digital assistant answered, then it went to a person. I asked how they got my info and they wouldn't tell me. Said they didn't have a website. Told me to Google Tax Group. I was trying to do some checking while on the phone but couldn't get any specifics on the company. I asked them to send me something through the mail and they said they couldn't do that. Kept avoiding my questions. Asked for an email address and they refused. Is this even a real company?
