Getting daily calls about a tax program I never asked about

I keep getting calls, a couple times each day, from a woman who says her name is Violet Clark. She claims she's from the Tax negotiation support desk. She leaves these messages on my phone saying the program is for my IRS or state debt and I could make payments as low as $75.

She always says there are limited resolution slots available and that I should call now. It's a different number calling me every single time, but all the messages tell me to call back at 833-510-1096 to start.

It doesn't make sense to me. I never contacted them.
