Got a weird voicemail about a tax account review

I got a voicemail from someone named Caitlyn Simmons. She said she was calling on the 24th from the priority account review department at the tax resolution and assistance office. She said reviews are being finalized and my file shows items that need confirmation.

To make it simple, they have a direct verification line. This verifies current status and finds resolution options after the review. She said it's important and addressed in the active review window. She told me to call back today at 888-352-6864. Then she repeated the number, 888-3526. The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for any review.
