Endless automated calls from "Ethan Cole" about taxes

I keep getting these automated calls from someone saying they're "Ethan Cole with the Tax Resolution Oversight Department." It's non-stop. I get at least one call every single day, sometimes more.

The number is different every single time, so blocking it is completely useless. It even gets past the spam blocker on my phone somehow. There's just no stopping it.

It's honestly driving me insane. Please, can someone make these calls stop? There's no end in sight.
