Phone call saying my tax debt penalties might qualify for reconsideration

I got a call from someone saying they were from the tax resolution review department. They said my file was brought back to their desk for a final review. While going through the notes they noticed there may be resolution options available that were not fully evaluated when my case was originally reviewed.

They said there is a possibility that a portion of my tax debt penalties or accrued interest may qualify for reconsideration under current guidelines. They told me to call them directly at 866-771-6686. No website or company name was given. It just felt strange. No proof or anything.
