Got a weird voicemail about IRS problems and a deadline

I just got this voicemail from someone named Elena Lozano. She said she's from the tax review team or a special resolution unit. The message said she was checking files flagged before an IRS deadline in 2026 and that mine has unresolved items, like a past balance or missing returns.

She talked about new relief programs for my state and said there's still time to see if I qualify, especially if I've had financial stress. She said she wanted to connect before it goes to collections. It felt off. She left a callback number, 866-878-0301, and said she's available 9 to 5. I never signed up for anything like this. The whole thing didn't make sense and made me nervous.
