Got a call about taxes I owe from a number I don't know.

I got a call from 855-909-0891. The person said they were from Tax Services and that I owe taxes. They said I might be able to get a partial reduction or even a big reduction on what I owe. Then they told me I needed to speak with my assigned tax officer.

I never contacted them. I don't know who they are. It felt off getting a call like that out of the blue.
