Got a weird voicemail saying my account hit a critical deadline

I got this voicemail from someone named Violet Thomas. She said she was calling from the taxpayer assistance team. She said my case hit a critical deadline and my account was qualified for some offering compromise analysis. She said under something "currently not collectible" I might owe less than what the IRS says.

She said time wasn't on my side and the IRS could move to liens or garnishments at any point. She told me to call her back the moment I heard the message. The number she gave was 607-294-9001. She repeated it, "607294, 9001." She said she had everything ready on her end and just needed to hear from me soon. She said the callback number was a New York area code. It felt off. I never signed up for anything from them.
