Paid $375 for tax help and got ghosted completely
They never did any work for me. Not a single thing. I tried calling and emailing but nobody ever answers or writes back. Their address is in San Juan Capistrano, CA but I don't even know if that's real at this point.
I just want my money back but I can't get ahold of anyone. They took my payment and disappeared.
