Ordered a sweater from their website and it wasn't what I expected

I bought a Sarah elegant and cozy cardigan from the Taylor and Walker website for $69.95. I saw it advertised on Instagram but I went and bought it from their direct site. When the sweater came, it wasn't what I wanted at all. It was way too big and the color wasn't right either.

So I contacted the company for a refund. Someone did get back to me and first they offered me a 10% refund. I told them I wanted a full refund. Then they said they couldn't give a full refund because the merchandise came from China and it would be too expensive to send back. After that they offered 20% instead.

This whole thing feels suspicious to me. I think this might be a fraudulent transaction and that the company is scamming people. I just want my money back.
