Phone call about a claim with no company name given

I got a call from someone named Taylor Wilson. They said they were contacting me about a claim being filed through the county. They kept saying it wasn’t filed against me, but my name and address were listed as a likely location.

They said I still had the right to contact some office before the order of location was released. The number they gave was 877-436-9491. They said to reference claim number SD 673019. Then they said this was notification by telephone and I’d be located at my residence unless I told them otherwise.

It didn’t make sense. No real company name. Just a phone number and a claim number. Felt like phishing.
