Ordered a handmade wallet and never got it after a month

I ordered a handmade mens wallet from taytumwallets.com back on 5/3/26. Their site said 9-12 days express free shipping so I figured it would be here quick. It’s been way past that and nothing showed up. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number they had is (833) 271-7467 but I couldn’t get anyone on the line either. The address they listed is 123 any street in Whitefish, MT but that doesn’t seem real. I paid about 50 bucks and just want my wallet or my money back.
