Ordered two flashlights but they charged me for four and added tips

I bought two flashlights and two flashlight holsters. Total bill should have been around $67.45. Teachabags charged my account for $59.98 and $56.64. The receipt from the website showed $107.18 and the order wasn't even right. They added two more flashlights for $29.99 and tipped themselves two tips at $3.75 each.

I called them and finally got through. Talked to a person who said they would check on it and someone would call me shortly to get it sorted out. They never called. Called them back and got the same thing, someone would call. They lied again. On the second call I told them to cancel my order and put the money back. Nope, that didn't happen either. Sent them several emails and I wasn't nice about it. I can send copies of the web transactions and a screenshot of my bank statement showing what they charged.

Flashlight from teachabags website never shipped after I paid

I saw a flashlight on the website teachabags and put in my card info. 5 days later they emailed me and said they didn't know when it would be shipped. So I called the number (989) 682-2410 and they said they would call me back in 24 hours. No call. I called again and they said the same thing, 24 hours. I DONT THINK IT IS COMING. I emailed [email protected] too but nothing. I lost $32.79. No package, no tracking, nothing.
