They sent my package to a different address and won't help

I ordered from teachabagsvip.com and they told me it was shipped to my mailbox. I got worried when it didn't show up so I contacted the Post office. Turns out they shipped it to a completely different address than the one I gave them. So now the package is delivered but not to me. I can't do anything about it because they can say it was delivered. I lost 38 dollars on this. Their email is [email protected] but I'm not sure what else to do.

Bought two flashlights but got tiny cheap ones instead

I ordered two flashlights from them. The ones I ordered were a certain size and looked good in the pictures. But when I got the package, it was two tiny little flashlights. Probably worth like eight bucks each. I paid fifty five dollars total. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody wrote back. It just feels like they sent me something completely different on purpose. I have a photo of what I ordered and what I got.
