Email saying my card was charged for antivirus I never bought

I got this email from Tech World Inc. saying my Visa card ending in xxxx was billed $479.48 for something called Total AV Disc. It says it’s a 24 month service and the payment went through. But I never ordered anything like that.

The email has a receipt number ZT2793212123 and says it’s for a Mac and Windows device. I don’t even know what this is. The phone number they listed is (805) 612-0146 and the email is [email protected]. I tried calling but nobody answered.

It just feels strange. I didn’t buy this. I don’t know why they sent this.
