Ordered an appliance part online and never got it

I saw the website techhomeparts.com advertising appliance parts. I placed an order for a part and paid $26.50. The money came out of my account.

I never received the part. I tried the customer service email, [email protected], but it was no good. There wasn't a valid phone number to call either. The whole thing feels like a scam.
