Paid a deposit for palm trees that were never delivered

I got an invoice to buy three large sabal palms and have them installed. Randy Tiejrina from Tejas Palms wholesale, LLC, was the one I dealt with. He never followed through but said he'd refund my deposit. The invoice had me send a Zelle down payment to his mother, Norma Dominguez, because he was going to pick the trees up in South Texas and deliver them to Dallas. He said he couldn't receive Zelle himself.

So the money went to his mother. Now she won't reply to my texts either.
After a bunch of excuses and no return of my money, he's just gone dark. He's still posting his palm trees for sale in Round Rock, Tx.
