Someone from Telegram tried to blackmail me with personal pictures

I was contacted by someone on Telegram. She tried to get me into a compromised position and then said I had to do what she told me or she would post these things on my social medias.

I just laughed and blocked her. But this nut job is still out there doing this to people. Her phone number was 1(424) 267-4074 and she used the email [email protected], saying she was from Los Angeles. It was a romance scam setup.

Got a message saying I won a Tesla from someone claiming to be Elon Musk

I got a message on Telegram. Someone saying they were CEO Tesla Elon Musk, or maybe it was an imposter, told me I won a Tesla 3 car. Then they sent me a Fedex bill for $150.00 that they said I had to pay before delivery.
I have the bill saved in my file.
I've been taken for a ride before with stuff like this. So I wanted to get some advice on what to do.

Applied for a work from home job and they wanted a selfie

I applied for a work from home job and they told me to download Telegram. Then they asked me for a selfie. The whole thing just feels off, like they're going to use my information. After that, I never heard back from the person, Amy Reynolds. I looked her up and saw a scam alert on Google. She was my contact on Telegram, but on Facebook the contact was someone named Melissa Meade.

People on Telegram tricked me out of $13,000 with fake forex trading

I got approached by people on Telegram who pretended to be experts in forex trading. It all happened on the Telegram app, using Cash App for the money. By the end of it I was out $13,000. I still am.

I tried to tell Cash App about the situation and they wouldn't even acknowledge it. Nothing.
