Ordered personalized books that arrived soaked and ruined

I ordered two personalized books from TellMyTale.com. They shipped these paper books in just a paper package, not even waterproof. Of course they were soaked and completely ruined when they were left on my doorstep.

All I asked for was a replacement, not even a refund. They just refuse to answer my emails or my calls. They play dumb. I just wanted these gifts for my daughters. Now I guess all I want is my money back, the $80 I paid.
