Ordered from an online ad and never got the package

I found this website temsira.com from an ad online and bought something. The item was shipped from China. There were tracking updates and it said delivered but I never got any package.

I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. Lost about $35 on this. Just wanted the item I paid for.
