Charged twice for an electric blanket I never got
I reported it as a scam and had to order a new replacement card. I did get a confirmation email from the company but after that I never heard anything back and never got the product either.
Talked to a Temu person and got charged way more than they said
That is not what I agreed to at all. I was told $5.00 and then $70.00 came out. I tried to deal with this through a text message and the phone number was (866) 426-2678.
I just want this fixed. I did not agree to pay $70.00 for something that was supposed to be $5.00.
Temu free items event but they never ship anything
But they never shipped my free items. Nothing ever came. I tried reaching out to them about it and got nowhere. The phone number I have for them is 1(423) 871-6283 and there's also [email protected].
It just feels like a way to get you to buy stuff and then they don't hold up their end. I didn't lose money on the free items themselves but that's not really the point.
Strange email from Temu about an order that never came
They do not remove these vendors who they know are doing these things. I've made it abundantly clear a couple of different times and they refuse to remove these vendors or do anything about it. People should be aware of this.
Hair advertised as human turned out to be synthetic
When it arrived, it was not human hair at all. It's synthetic. I could tell right away. I have a photo of the ad I can attach to show what they were advertising versus what they sent me. Just feels like a waste of my money.
Ordered a product from Temu and it doesn’t work at all
I tried messing with it a little bit to see if I was doing something wrong, but no. It's just dead. I spent about $72 on this thing, which isn't nothing. I tried to contact them about it but I'm not really getting anywhere. They just keep sending me the same automated responses.
I just want my money back. I didn't ask for a broken item. I don't know what else to do at this point.
Package marked delivered but never showed up
I contacted their help line and they told me to check my yard and ask my neighbors. Are you kidding me? I already looked everywhere. They are clearly not going to do anything about it. So now I'm out the $75.65 I paid for something I never got.
Temu promised a $350 credit but you have to spend more to get it
It's not really a credit if I have to keep buying stuff to unlock it. I feel like they got me to spend money under false pretenses. I just wanted the $350 they promised, not another spending requirement. Total waste of time and I'm out money now.

The cost is not that important. The real issue is that the company, TEMU, has no customer service that is available in order to protest the orders. I have made calls to their number and it is all AI driven. Then when you finally get a chance to talk to someone, they put you on hold forever. After holding for an hour the call is disconnected. They then have sent me text messages intended to "Pissed off customer". In my opinion, this company is terrible and very unprofessional.
