I placed an order on June 11 and have been tracking it with the number your company gave me: FY2387356606CN. The tracking says it was delivered today but I haven't received anything. I don't know what happened to it. I just want my package or my money back. It was $52.

Items I didn't order keep showing up at a strange address
I am not sure how this company has been able to access my information. Or if it was an individual. So I have had several items ordered and delivered to an address that is not mine. In some cases the people at the address have disposed of the items. I was not aware of the delivery of those items. Over the past couple of weeks the deliveries have continued. I am sure that the people at the house are not ordering the items.
The cost is not that important. The real issue is that the company, TEMU, has no customer service that is available in order to protest the orders. I have made calls to their number and it is all AI driven. Then when you finally get a chance to talk to someone, they put you on hold forever. After holding for an hour the call is disconnected. They then have sent me text messages intended to "Pissed off customer". In my opinion, this company is terrible and very unprofessional.

Drone took two months to show up and it's a scam
I ordered a drone from Temu and it arrived after 60 days. It was a cheap piece of recycled plastic. I contacted them numerous times to report it didn't arrive and they kept refusing a refund. Finally they gave me a tracking number but it wasn't even valid. PayPal said they were investigating it and after more than 30 days they denied my claim too. If you scan the tracking number on the package it's designed to steal all information off your phone like banking and credit card accounts. I lost $99.94 and got nothing but junk. Ordered stuff from Temu and delivery never showed up
I ordered some things from Temu and paid 50 dollars. The money came out of my account. But the delivery service never brought my stuff. I don't know what happened. I tried to check the tracking but nothing updated. It just says pending or something. I called the number they gave but no one answered. The address is in Miami, FL. I just want my order or my money back. It's been a while now and nothing.

Bought something from Temu that doesn't work at all
I bought a device from Temu and it doesn't work like it was described on the site. I think this seller is just taking people's money and getting their data. I've tried to contact them so many times. I used the chat in the app and I emailed [email protected]. Nobody ever replies. They have my seven dollars and I have a thing that doesn't work.
