Ordered craft supplies, got tracking, then the website disappeared

I ordered some craft supplies from tenpisc.com. I signed up for notifications and everything, and I even checked the site right after I ordered and it was fine. I got two emails and a tracking number. The tracking said it was in the US within 10 days, but then it started saying it was being changed to different hubs. I emailed their customer service but got no response.

So I went to check the website again, and it was just gone. Non-existent. I'm waiting to see if I get the package or another email, but I don't think I will. I tried to dispute the charge with my card, but they told me I had to deal with the company myself because I authorized the initial payment. I'm not happy about this at all.
