Concert got canceled but they won't refund my money

I bought 2 tickets for a concert in Atlanta and then it got canceled. I asked them to put the refund back on my card but Teratickets said no and just put it on my account balance for later.

I told them I don't want to buy other tickets because there's nothing I'm interested in around Atlanta. They just stopped answering my emails. The website is Teratickets.com and their address is 4401 West 8th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90005. I lost $182.
