Ordered shoes from Terra House and they just took my money

I ordered some shoes from terrahouseco.com and paid $65. They took the money but I never got any shoes. I tried reaching out to their customer service but nobody ever answered. It’s like they don’t exist.

I looked into it more after that. They run these social media ads that look legit but it’s all a front. They just steal your money and disappear. Their address says Charlotte, NC but who knows if that’s even real. Phone number is (800) 295-5062 and email is [email protected] but they don't respond.
