Ordered a nautical map from a site that wasn't really in Hawaii

I bought a hard-to-find nautical map from terraathlete.com. The website said they were located in Hawaii but my credit card statement shows the company as DFGERBH ALINKE.SHOP in Arizona. That should have been my first clue.

After I ordered I got emails saying confirmed and then a crazy tracking number. The tracking showed it was shipping from China and would take 30 to 45 days. That didn't make sense since the company appeared to be in the US. The emails came from [email protected]. I never got the item even though the tracking said delivered. I emailed them a bunch of times asking for a photo of where it was left or a refund. No response at all. Lost $35.78.
