Ordered flowers that were never delivered, got the runaround

I ordered flowers from Terry's Florist for my mother, costing $60 through their website. I even called because she lives in a gated community and I needed to give them the gate code for the delivery day. They transferred me around for like 30 minutes just to talk about that.

Then late that same day I got an email saying the flowers couldn't be delivered. I called back and the person gave me this long, confusing story. I asked to be connected to the local store in Texas where the flowers were supposed to come from, and they said they didn't know. Then they just hung up on me.

I called again trying to get some actual information and just got the runaround again. Nobody would tell me anything. So I looked into this company more and found out they're not reputable. They take your payment and don't deliver any flowers. I'm out $83 total.
