Charged for a test I never got and a subscription I never signed up for

I was doing an Enneagram test on Testlibrary.com that was supposed to be $1.95. Right away, they charged me twice. I had to go back and forth with them to get one charge refunded, but they never even gave me the test results I paid for.

Then today, I see a charge for $39.95 for some subscription on their site. I never signed up for any subscription. So now I'm out $42 total.

I emailed their support at [email protected] and got no real help. This company just takes your money and doesn't give you what they're selling. It feels like a complete scam.
