Paid for a test and got charged a subscription fee I canceled right away

I paid $1.95 for a test at the end and in the small print they mentioned a $39.95 subscription fee if not canceled before the end of the trial. I canceled immediately. The website logged me out.

Then I was charged $39.95. When I mentioned this to customer service they will only refund me 40%. So I lost most of my money. Their phone number is 1(507) 853-1222 and they are based in GA, USA.

Paid $1.95 for test results and got signed up for $39.95 monthly subscription

I took an online test through TestLibrary.com and paid $1.95 to see the results. Nowhere during the transaction did it say I was agreeing to any subscription. But apparently that $1.95 also enrolled me in a monthly thing costing $39.95 a month.

I didn't find out until my bank texted me saying they declined a charge for suspected fraud. That's when I realized what happened. I looked it up and saw a bunch of other complaints about this same thing. I had to lock down my card and order a new one because they have my card number and I'm worried they'll try again.

Signed up for a low cost test and got charged over and over

I signed up for what I thought was just a low cost test on their website. There was nothing that said it was going to be a recurring payment or anything like that. It seemed like a one time thing.

Now I see they took money out of my account more than once. It added up to $39.95 total. I tried calling the number on the site (562) 322-2177 but nobody picks up. I also emailed [email protected] but got no reply. The website is Testlibrary.com. I just want them to stop taking money.

Charged $1.95 then $39.95 every month without asking me

They got me with that $1.95 charge at first. I thought it was just a one time thing for whatever it was I was buying. Then next month I see $39.95 taken out of my account. I didn't sign up for any monthly subscription.

I tried to cancel it but there's no way to do it. I went on their website testlibrary.com and couldn't find anything. I even sent an email to [email protected] and nobody wrote me back. They just keep taking the money. Phone number they used was (424) 634-9872. I lost $40 so far.

Weird charge from a site I never signed up for

I got a bunch of failed transaction attempts on my Venmo debit card. I don't use that card much so it caught my eye. When I tried to look up the company it gave me something I didn't recognize at all. I went through all my old emails and subscriptions and there was never anything from this company.

I did not sign up for this. I have no idea how they got my contact info or my banking details. When I reached out to them they told me there wasn't any subscription to cancel. Then they said I had to create an account first. Soon as I did that suddenly there was an active subscription that I never agreed to. They are refusing to give me any refund for the $39.99 they took.

Bought a personality test and got charged every month without knowing

I bought a personality test from testlibrary.com and didn't know they signed me up for some recurring thing. It was $39.95 and it kept charging me every month. I looked it up and it seems like this company really hides the subscription stuff and the signup part. I didn't agree to any of that. I just wanted the one test. Now I'm out almost forty bucks and I can't find where they even show the subscription info.

I paid for a $1.95 personality test and then got charged $39.95 for a monthly subscription I didn’t agree to. The charge just showed up on my card.

I tried to get a refund and they initially said they couldn’t find my account. Then magically they found it. When I tried to get a refund they offered me 40% back. That’s not a refund. Getting harassing loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day. I've told them to stop but they just keep calling. They're very aggressive and rude when they're on the phone with me.

I never gave them my number. I never applied for any loan with them. I just want the calls to stop. It's really frustrating.

Charged for a test I never got and a subscription I never signed up for

I was doing an Enneagram test on Testlibrary.com that was supposed to be $1.95. Right away, they charged me twice. I had to go back and forth with them to get one charge refunded, but they never even gave me the test results I paid for.

Then today, I see a charge for $39.95 for some subscription on their site. I never signed up for any subscription. So now I'm out $42 total.

I emailed their support at [email protected] and got no real help. This company just takes your money and doesn't give you what they're selling. It feels like a complete scam.
