Mail saying we owe money to Texas UCC with no explanation

I got this letter in the mail from Texas UCC saying we owed them money. The address was 12700 Park Central Dt. STE 1700, Dallas, TX 75251 and there was an email [email protected] on it. It looked official but something felt off.

The letter had a phone number (866) 301-2738 on it. It said we needed to pay something but didn't really make sense why. No company name on the envelope that I recognized. Just felt strange getting a bill out of nowhere like that.

I didn't send any money. Just wanted to report it because it seemed like a government agency impostor thing. The whole thing was confusing and I don't know how they got my address.
