Facebook ad showed one banner but got a cheap different one

I saw a Facebook ad for a 250th America bunting banner. The one in the ad looked totally different from what I got. What showed up is a cheap smaller banner that probably cost like two dollars. Poor quality too.

I tried reaching somebody through the support email but nobody answers. The email goes to Texas Woodworker Co and on their front page they say they aren't affiliated with any other company using their name. So I don't even know who actually sent it.
