Ordered a $39 item but they charged me $199 instead

I saw something on Facebook and decided to order it. It was supposed to be $39.99 so I put in my info and went ahead. Then I checked my bank and they took out $199.00 instead. Not even for the same thing I picked.

I tried emailing the guy at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number they had was 1(762) 377-2286 but I don't know who even runs it. Just feels off. I lost $199.99 total and got nothing I wanted.
